TOBACCO USE

 

Tobacco Use is designed to help help working adults quit smoking or use of other tobacco products.

This program will:

• Provide general education on tobacco risks
• Motivate participants to reduce or eliminate tobacco use
• Provide an introduction to three tools relevant for tobacco cessation
• Review supplementary materials for developing a personal action plan

 

Tobacco Use was developed under the Small Business Wellness Initiative by Joel B. Bennett, PhD, President, Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems; and Beth Mivedor, Tarrant Council of Alcoholism & Drug Abuse
