ALCOHOL, DRUGS & HEALTH

Alcohol, Drugs & Health is designed to help participants take a closer look at the rewards versus the potential costs of their alcohol consumption within the context of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

This program will:

• Increase knowledge of alcohol/drugs and its effects
• Increase or reinforce awareness about alcohol/drugs and dangers of abuse
• Encourage self-reflection of personal level of use and potential risks
• Increase awareness of health choices and moderation
• Encourage participants to set and reach goals for themselves and others

Alcohol, Drugs & Health was developed under the Small Business Wellness Initiative by Beth Mivedor, Tarrant Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse; and Joel B. Bennett, Ph.D., President, Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems.
